"Out of Town" Services

- When you are traveling, the last thing you want to worry about is your home. At Stone Point we take care of all of your out-of-town needs like holding your mail, bringing in the newspaper or just checking in on the pets while your away. Please let us know how we can help.

24-hour Emergency Maintenance Service Guarantee

- There's always someone here to keep your apartment well maintained. From appliances and ceiling fans to outside lighting, heating and air conditioning, our on-site maintenance engineer will service just about anything we provide for your apartment home. Should we not respond to your maintenance request within 24 hours, that day's rent is on the house. Call the leasing office for service or more information.

Video Library

- You have access to a host of in-house videos and DVDs to keep you entertained. Resident Services can even help you find that special title.

Suite available for your guests

- With their own Stone Point suite, your guests can stay close to your home. Open only to Stone Point residents, our guest suites are designed especially for the out-of-town visitor.

Parcel acceptance and delivery

- We will help you coordinate the delivery and receipt of packages.

Professional and Courteous staff

- Our goal is to make living at Stone Point comfortable. Stone Point's staff is always available, and is happy to find the services you need, such as dry cleaning, restaurants, or recreational facilities.
