Part bakery, part bistro, InGrano offers something fresh every day. The head chef and head baker are co-owners of the new eatery, and they draw inspiration from around the world as they craft different types of cuisine and baked goods. Their ingredients, however, always come from nearby. That’s why the breads they bake change every day, always reflecting the seasons.

Mask up and stop in for a loaf, and you’ll probably find some type of sourdough, a flaky baguette, focaccia bread, and other staples with seasonal options. You might even see a pepperoni roll or pull-apart milk rolls. Sweet treats are always on the menu, too, such as chocolate danishes and coconut tahini bars. If you’re craving a full meal, stop in for a pancetta, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, the pork banh mi, or a turmeric chicken gyro.
